Patients out of pocket expenses can be submitted directly to Colpitts for approval and reimbursement. All expense claims are submitted and paid confidentially as outlined by the trial sponsor and in accordance with agreed values.

FDA compliant management reporting

Colpitts works between your organization and your chosen CRO. Colpitts will set up accounts with local taxi vendors etc. that the CRO can charge by using passwords that we set up for them. Colpitts then accepts that billing and amends the detail to ensure that the reporting that you see will meet the required standards of sponsoring companies and regulatory bodies such as the FDA. Patient personal information and travel arrangements are kept 100% confidential, with reports reflecting patient ID and trial codes only.

When Colpitts charges your organization we ensure that the detail you see keeps you compliant with FDA regulations. Colpitts will change names to patient ID codes, add study number, add dates of attendance at Clinics. Charging your credit card is done by Colpitts to ensure that all passenger detail is protected by us.
